Canyon Ridge Hospital provides a full spectrum of psychiatric and substance abuse for adults aged 18 and older. Dual Diagnosis programs are available for patients with a secondary chemical dependency diagnosis.

Inpatient Treatment

Inpatient mental health care is provided in a stable and therapeutic environment. Psychiatric treatment, group therapy and structured activities are based on an individual’s needs and goals. Acute inpatient hospitalization occurs when an individual’s issues cannot be safely or effectively treated on an outpatient basis. It is the most intensive level of psychiatric care offered but is designed to stabilize the patient before transitioning them to a less intensive level of care.

Outpatient Treatment

Canyon Ridge Hospital offers three outpatient programs for adults, aimed at providing support and education in a positive environment. Outpatient programs include:

• Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
• Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
• Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Program
